Holding multiple successful positions ranging from veterinary reception, internal medicine veterinary technician, kennel manager, and professional balanced dog trainer. After managing multiple high volume kennel facilities Emma quickly became dissatisfied with the industry “standard” for care and training. She knew her community desperately deserved more. Storm Canine Academy was once just an iPhone sticky note dream- a dream that Emma committed to making a reality. Which brings us to where we are today. A company looking to be the change in balanced dog training and boarding. We aim to maintain lifelong relationships with our clients by building an educated community, reinforcing a welcoming culture, and guiding owners to a healthy relationship with their canine companions. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
